Important Message for US customers: The UK’s Royal Mail International Delivery Service continues to experience an ongoing series of unfortunate events. As such, Captain Fawcett is currently using alternative couriers for all international shipments. Therefore, it is currently necessary to introduce a minimum spend of £55 for the fulfilment of US orders. The Captain remains most appreciative of your courtesy and understanding during this rather peculiar time.

As you may well be aware, in January The Royal Mail suffered a significant cyber attack which has disrupted its international shipping services.

Whilst Royal Mail officials remedy the situation, Captain Fawcett will be using alternative couriers to fulfil all international shipments for highly esteemed customers and clients across the globe.

Please allow additional time for your shipment to be delivered and for tracking to be updated.

When ordering with Captain Fawcett you will see an estimated delivery date, however, this date will not take into account delays due to international events, mad scientists, space pirates, Professor Moriarty or the discovery we are in fact living in a ruddy computer simulation.

Meanwhile, rest assured, Fawcett HQ will be keeping a beady eye on the latest news.
